January 8, 2025

NMHC presented its 42nd C.A.R.E. Award to Tahnee Brown, who works in Financial Clearance at the Northern Montana Specialty Medical Center Patient Access office.

Tahnee was nominated for this honor by her coworkers, who praised her for her organizational and customer service skills. Recently, Tahnee has had an increased workload yet has still helped with coverage in other areas of NMHC.

According to one of her coworkers, “Tahnee is very good with patients on the phone or in person talking about financial responsibilities. She is a great problem solver and helps keep processes running efficiently!”

Tahnee excels in customer service, even in a role that can sometimes be difficult to manage, as she deals with patient billing and finances. Additionally, Tahnee has proved to be a positive role model and a good trainer for new staff, never hesitating to be friendly and helpful. Congratulations, Tahnee, on this achievement!

The “C.A.R.E.” Award began as part of NMHC’s Customer Service Group, “The High Five Club”. C.A.R.E. stands for Compassionately Achieving Remarkable Excellence. The purpose of this bi-monthly recognition is to acknowledge employees who have served at NMHC in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and consistently exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Employees at NMHC nominate their fellow employees for this award.
