Havre, Montana – Northern Montana Care Center (NMCC) was notified Sunday that additional individuals were identified as being COVID-19 Positive. These individuals include eight residents.
Beginning Sunday and continuing through Monday, all residents and staff will be tested every 3-7 days until 14 days have passed without any new cases.
Individuals that are positive have been notified and contact tracing is being conducted by the Hill County Health Department.
Per NMCC’s Emergency Operations Plan, the residents that are positive are being moved to a special unit to be cared for by separate staff members. At this time all other residents will remain in their rooms.
NMCC has already established communication with the resident’s family members in order to inform them of this new development.
NMCC is keeping in contact with their Medical Director and the Hill County Health Department.
