Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)
A Healthy Community Starts Here!
Bullhook Community Health Center, the Hill County Health Department and Northern Montana Hospital along with the Hill County Health Consortium are working to assess the Havre community’s health needs. The Community Health Needs Assessment process identifies the areas of greatest need and the subsequent Community Health Improvement Plan helps to ensure that health care resources are used to maximize health improvement.
On August 29, 2013 from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, in the 3rd Floor conference rooms at Northern Montana Hospital, discussions were being held about our community’s health. Preparing for the the Hill County Community Health Improvement Plan was the topic.
