Adjusting to life with dialysis is a big change for patients and their families. At Northern Montana Health Care, we’re here to help make that transition as comfortable and supported as possible. Our dedicated dialysis team provides personalized, high-quality care for individuals living with end-stage renal disease, right here on the Hi-Line.

Outpatient Dialysis Care

Our outpatient dialysis unit offers a welcoming, patient-centered environment, designed to support both your physical health and overall well-being. With compassionate staff and modern equipment, we provide the care you need close to home, so there’s no need to travel far for treatment.

What You’ll Find in Our Dialysis Unit:

• 7 spacious treatment stations with upgraded dialysis machines
• Comfortable, heated recliners and personal TVs at each station
• Cozy blankets available upon request
• Morning and afternoon treatment shifts
• Service for up to 28 patients weekly
• Support for visiting or traveling patients when space allows

Our care team works closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan and ensure access to the best educational resources and support. From your first visit to every follow-up, we’re committed to making dialysis a manageable part of your life.

Established in 1995 and expanded in 2002 and 2008, the Northern Montana Hospital Dialysis Unit has grown to meet the increasing needs of our community. With continued investments in technology and patient comfort, we remain focused on delivering exceptional care for patients across the region.
