C.A.R.E. Award

The “C.A.R.E.” Award was started as part of NMHC’s Customer Service Group, “The High Five Club”. C.A.R.E. stands for Compassionately Achieving Remarkable Excellence. The purpose of this bi-monthly recognition award is to acknowledge employees who have served at NMHC in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work, and consistently exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Employees at NMHC nominate their fellow employees for this award.

Customer Service is important to Northern Montana Health Care. “Being the healthcare provider of choice” is part of our mission statement. Taking the time to recognize excellence in their employees is one of the ways we try to achieve this goal.
