What is Physical Therapy?
The diagnosis and treatment of individuals of all ages who have medical problems or other health-related conditions. PT helps improve a person’s ability to move and perform functional activities of daily living.
What is Speech Therapy?
The diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders as well as swallowing disorders.
What is OCCUPATIONAL Therapy?
The treatment of injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. The treatment helps patients develop, recover, improve, as well as maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.
Referrals
We accept all major insurances; including, but not limited to: Medicare, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, Accident Insurance, United HealthCare, BCBS, and Allegiance. We recommend all patients contact their insurance provider regarding coverage and the need for a referral.
Graduate Plus
Don’t lose momentum after rehabilitation. Join our “Graduate Plus” program and continue exercising in the safe, supervised Physical Therapy Gym. Further mobility, flexibility, or just maintain what you’ve gained from previous therapy. Exercise equipment is available from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
