What is Physical Therapy?
The diagnosis and treatment of individuals of all ages who have medical problemsor other health related conditions. PT helps improve a person’s ability to move and perform functional activities of daily living.
What is Speech Therapy?
The diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders as well as swallowing disorders.
We accept all major insurances; including, but not limited to: Medicare, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, Accident Insurance, United HealthCare, BCBS, and Allegiance. We recommend all patients contact their insurance provider regarding coverage and the need for a referral.
Located on the first floor of the Hospital, our 4000 square foot outpatient and rehab gym is equipped with a staff of caring professionals who will develop a unique program just for you. We also provide services in the hospital and Care Center.
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
