Physical Therapy and Rehab

At Northern Montana Health Care, our Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Department is here to support you through recovery, healing, and improved daily function. We work with patients of all ages and abilities, offering a personalized and compassionate approach to help you regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Our Services

Physical Therapy (PT)
Our physical therapists evaluate and treat individuals with a wide range of health conditions that affect movement and function. Whether you're recovering from surgery, injury, or managing a chronic condition, we’re here to help you move better and feel stronger.

Occupational Therapy (OT)
Occupational therapy helps individuals recover and maintain the skills needed for everyday activities like dressing, cooking, and working. Our therapists use goal-oriented interventions to support independence and safety in your daily life.

Speech Therapy
Speech therapy focuses on communication and swallowing challenges. We help patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders regain essential functions and confidence.

Graduate Plus Program

Maintain your progress after rehab in our safe, supervised therapy gym. With access to professional-grade equipment, the Graduate Plus program helps you continue building strength, mobility, and flexibility.

Gym Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. –  6:00 p.m.

Insurance & Referrals

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Workers' Compensation, and private insurance. We recommend checking with your provider about referral requirements and coverage details.
