NMHC presented its 43rd C.A.R.E. Award to Shawn LePine, who works in Central Supply at the Northern Montana Hospital.
Shawn was nominated for his smiling, cheerful, and extremely helpful nature.
According to a grateful ER nurse, “Shawn is always willing to help the nursing staff and keeps the ER going, which would come to a halt without his deliveries! Shawn almost always knows what you are requesting, but if he doesn’t, he will bring several like items to be sure you get your items as quickly as possible.”
Shawn has gotten many compliments about his kind and helpful demeanor. He is knokwn for his can-do attitude, for never saying “no”, and for being a major asset to the NMHC staff. Congratulations, Shawn, on your achievement!
The “C.A.R.E.” Award began as part of NMHC’s Customer Service Group, “The High Five Club”. C.A.R.E. stands for Compassionately Achieving Remarkable Excellence. The purpose of this bi-monthly recognition is to acknowledge employees who have served at NMHC in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and consistently exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Employees at NMHC nominate their fellow employees for this award.
