Havre, Montana – The Imaging Department at Northern Montana Hospital was recently selected by the American College of Radiology (ACR) as a recipient of the ACR Leadership Support Recognition Award. This very prestigious award was given in appreciation for outstanding dedication in support of Leadership in the American College of Radiology.
John Rosenbaum, Vice President of Professional Care Services, was surprised and delighted over the arrival of this award in the Imaging Department. “To my knowledge, very few of these awards have ever been given out.” he said. “It is a relatively new award, and I know that Dr. Steven Liston, our Radiologist, has done quite a bit of work in order to qualify Northern Montana Health Care to receive it.”
Dr. Liston recently served as the Chapter President of the Montana Radiological Society. The ACR reports that this Leadership award is given to healthcare facilities in order to recognize all of the individuals in leadership that work together with their teams; realizing the sacrifices that these teams make in order for their leaders to hold these types of positions.
“This award was given to us because of the work put in, not only by Dr. Liston, but by our entire Imaging Department team. We’re thankful to have such excellent employees working on our team.” adds Mr. Rosenbaum.
