Radiology
Dr. Walter Smith is a Radiologist at Northern Montana Hospital. Dr. Smith has worked in Montana for several years; in Helena, Glasgow and Wolf Point. Prior to that, he was the Staff Radiologist at the Ogden Clinic in Ogden, Utah.
Dr. Smith began his career in Radiology as a Sonographer and an Ultrasound Instructor. He then attended Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing his Internship and Residency in Michigan, followed by a fellowship in MRI with Michigan State University. He later joined the staff there as an Assistant Professor.
Dr. Smith and his wife enjoy spending time with their five children and ten grandchildren.
