Protecting Your Eyes

  • Wear sunglasses & wide-brimmed hats
  • Take fish oil supplements daily or eat fish two to three times a week
  • Eat three or more servings of fruit a day (check with your health care provider if you are diabetic)
  • Eat your spinach!
  • Walk 30-minutes a day, most days
  • Change your make-up every three to six months
  • Don’t fall asleep in your daily-wear contact lenses
  • See your eye-care professional once every two years at least!
