Northern Montana Health Care Foundation

What We Do

Through philanthropy, fundraisers, and donor partnerships, the Northern Montana Health Care Foundation provides essential support in three core areas:

  • Care & Access: Helping bring healthcare services closer to home and ensuring NMHC has the modern equipment, facilities, and resources needed.
  • Patient Support: Financial assistance when serious medical conditions create burdens such as travel costs, lodging, or other unexpected expenses.
  • Community Grants & Awards: Offering assistance funds and recognizing local heroes and caregivers.

Who We Are

The Foundation is guided by a volunteer Board of community members who give generously of their time, energy, and resources to further the health and well-being of our region. For 35+ years, the Foundation has rallied community support to fund projects, services, and programs that benefit not just the hospital, but families and individuals across the Hi-Line.

A Legacy of Giving

Since our founding, the Foundation has led major campaigns and supported vital healthcare infrastructure, including the capital campaign that helped build the Hi-Line Sletten Cancer Center. Our signature fundraisers, like the Trip-of-the-Month Raffle, bring the community together raising operating funds, grant money, and helping us build awareness.
