Patricia Hall, PhD

Behavioral Health – Specialty Medical Center

Dr. Patricia Green Hall is a licensed Clinical Psychologist at Northern Montana Health Care. She has 17 years of experience in psychology, working in community health centers, long-term residential programs, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient units, and through telehealth services.

Dr. Hall earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from Jackson State University after completing her internship at the VA in Reno, Nevada, and her post-doctoral training at the Flathead Community Health Center.

Her clinical focus includes working with older adults, young adults, and older adolescents, primarily in individual therapy. She helps patients address anxiety, depression, trauma, unhealthy habits, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. She emphasizes improving self-efficacy—building confidence in one’s ability to reach goals.

Her therapeutic approach is evidence-based and flexible, often combining modalities within a single session. She avoids a one-size-fits-all method, instead tailoring care to each individual. She strives to connect with patients in plain language and provide the information and support needed to help them create meaningful change.

Outside of her work, Dr. Hall enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and dog, chatting with her parrot, and seeking new adventures.
