NMCC Nutrition Services

The Northern Montana Care Center Nutrition Services department is directed by a Certified Dietary Manager. All menus and recipes are approved by a Registered Dietician. The kitchen staff consists of caring, compassionate employees who strive for excellence in care for all NMCC residents. All staff are required to become educated in food safety, with training provided onsite.

NMCC Nutrition Services provides a variety of dietary accommodations, including medical nutrition therapies for residents who may require them. Dietary and food texture modifications (such as pureed, soft, easy-to-chew, etc.) are regularly made based on individual needs.

We pride ourselves on using Montana-sourced ingredients whenever possible, including Daily’s Smoked Bacon, Montana Grain products, and local fresh produce. We strive to provide attention to detail by celebrating resident’s birthdays and serving special holiday meals. Traditional Midwest comfort foods are our specialty, but we also offer international cuisine and regional favorites like fry bread. Our goal is to enhance our residents’ experience by providing high quality meals and compassionate care. Bon Appetit!
