At Northern Montana Health Care, our Marketing & Public Relations Team helps communicate the stories, services, and successes that shape our organization. From the printed materials our patients take home to the digital content that reaches our community online, every project reflects our mission of providing high-quality care with compassion and integrity.

We work across departments to create cohesive and consistent messaging - ensuring that the voice of NMHC is clear, trustworthy, and community-focused.

Marketing & Brand Design

The Marketing Department focuses on how NMHC shows up and connects with our patients and the community by providing a wide range of creative and strategic services, including:

• Print & Digital Design: Brochures, flyers, signs, posters, handouts, presentations, and patient education materials.
• Social Media Management: Promoting timely, informative, and engaging content across platforms.
• Event Promotion: Supporting internal and public events through signage, marketing materials, and promotion.
• Internal Communications: Supporting staff engagement efforts in partnership with the Employee Engagement Committee.
• Community Relations: Facilitating community donations, sponsorships, and partnerships to support local initiatives and events.
• Brand Management: Maintaining a consistent look, voice, and tone that reflects the values and professionalism of NMHC.

Public Relations & Communications

The Public Relations Department focuses on sharing timely information and keeping people informed, both inside NMHC and out in the community. This includes:

• Writing and sharing news, announcements, and press releases
• Working with local media and community partners
• Supporting internal communications and staff updates
• Highlighting organizational events and milestones
